Men gather here to work on those four things, and to stop working on them alone. Every week the same question sits in the middle of the room.
A man is only as good as his leadership. And you are the average of the five men closest to you.
Look at your five. If not one of them has been where you are, you are carrying this alone and calling it strength.
The Den changes your five.
The difference
Sunday gives you relief. The Den gives you resolution.
An hour on Sunday takes some weight off. You hear a man say the thing you have been carrying and it gets lighter. That is real. It is also temporary.
Relief wears off by Tuesday.
Sunday is where I put the ideas in front of you. The Den is where men work them — mindset first, then practice.
Every man in here wants the same thing: to stop shrinking around her, and to make this the last time.

After the stream
8:00 PM — the room stays open.
When the stream ends I move over to the Den, and whoever wants to keep talking comes with me. No agenda, nobody gets called on, camera off is fine. Usually it's the conversation the public hour couldn't have.
That room isn't broadcast and it isn't public. Every man in it made an account with his name on it to get through the door — which is exactly why men say things in there they've never said out loud.
